As part of the project we need to create a service blueprint with our Idea in mind, It should follow a typical blueprint and include pain points and opportunities, Our group decided that we each should make lo-fi ones and then combine our ideas to make a refined one that is well designed.
I had created a service blueprint already for the project for research, which focused on the actual service of being released, you can find more about it here:

But regardless, I kept this research in Mind and thought of my own ways that our proposed Idea would work as a service blueprint, I made a lo-fi one here and then shared it with my group, this is technically a future journey map:
I think this is good, I focused on a lot of Ideas and really though about how this idea could work, I’d say the design could be a lot better but that wasn’t my main focus. I also included some of the pain points, efficiencies and opportunities that the idea could present. I also wanted to create a risk table and share some of the problems this idea could have and how we could solve these issues
So with our group service blueprints in mind here is what was made after combining our ideas, note this is what I created.
