We recently did a lecture about service blueprints and were tasked with creating our own as a group with our idea in Mind, but I wanted to build more experience and learn more about prison release in the form of a blue print, this could help our actual deliverable if done right.

So I used the format of

• Physical Evidence
• Customer Actions
• Front-stage
• Back-Stage
• Support Process

And I also wanted to look at the following:

Pain Points

• Where do customers wait
• where is confusion
• where do failures occurs

Efficiency Analysis

• Where is the work duplicated
• Where are bottlenecks
• Where could we automate

Opportunity Analysis

• What could we make visible
• Where could we remove steps
