UX Design was a bit of an interesting one, TLDR there was a previous lecturer for it and he got fired as he was shit. So a lot of the class don’t know much or have enough for this semester. But I should be okay considering this is what I study back home. This week we didn’t have much to do, But we did have a class exercise in which we had to create a punk jukebox in under 30 minutes, I was the only one to finish it and I did it in 20 minutes. So that felt pretty good, But I do have an advantage so I’m not holding it over anyone. Here is what I made, The design is pretty lazy but I followed the brief.

Anyway, I have now completed my first week of class in the USA, my first thoughts are, this is information overload, It seems I have to toughen up and just get it done, I had 7 assignments to do this week and I got them done before Friday, I’d say the only thing that bothers me is the file naming system, I don’t understand it, I have to name my files something like jaredR_321_mouse_pad. Just ridiculous, Just name your file MousePad Design Jared Russell. I’ve been given a month to understand it. Fun.
