A resource pack is a curated collection of essential items, information, support tools designed to help prisoners being released to transition better into community. It usually has basic necessities like toiletries, phone credit, maybe some key info on housing, healthcare and support services.

These packs are crucial for ensuring that individuals leaving prison are not released into homelessness and can access immediate support for their health and welfare.
Through my research, I found that these resource packs have been done before to assist with prison release, they’re used to support individuals with the transition to life outside, manage anxiety, and provide essential items.
