What are your values? Find those out, they should make you employable.
Prior Experience - make any experience count
Understand the role. Explain how you know and what you bring to it and show examples (design processes)
Enthusiasm for the role, why do you want to work there?
You can show a willingness to learn by using examples of past mistakes and how you solved it
Aspirations, Motivations - what drives you to where you want to go
User-Centred approach - what is your design process and how do you cater your design to it
Prepare some speaking points - not scripts - have good stories in mind
