We have to draw and plan ahead for the web builder, as it’ll leave you stuck. You need a template or a plan. In order to sketch it out, you need content and the majority of your portfolio is a case study, so with case studies, most of it will come down to how you write your work. Contextually it needs to be quite sound, and you’re also gonna have to show some passion and enthusiasm
As designers we aim to be good at simplifying complex ideas or problems. This should extend to everything we do.
Try and get a lot of information into a small amount of text
Design is communication and communication starts with words.
Always use the simplest word available. “Any word you have to hunt for in a thesaurus is the wrong word. There are no exceptions to this rule.”
Try saying it out loud. Then write that down. “Explain it like I’m a 4-year-old.”
Be as succinct as possible. And take new sentences often “I didn’t have time to write you a short letter, so I wrote you a long one.”

Keep the content strict to the project, not personal stuff that was going on during the time, it can complicate matters of the time.
Think of an inverted pyramid when you write. Get to the point in the first paragraph, then expand upon it.
Web pages need to be concise and to the point, people don’t read web pages, they scan them. so short paragraphs with meat, is better than long rambling ones
