Content strategy focuses on the planning, creation, delivery and governance of content, you can see that in modern user interfaces like the apple music that have big pictures and tabs so that are organised, this could be done to promote new artists, or to tell the user what song is popular, or even for ease of access so that they could play an album in one click, so all of this content has strategy

User journey was a term used by Kyle that interested me, so I looked up the meaning of it. User Journey - A user journey is the complete path a person takes when interacting with a product, service, or brand to achieve a goal. I want to keep this in mind for my SDG project

Good content is appropriate for users when it helps accomplish their goals. We need to understand a users physical, cognitive and emotional needs. What are they ding, what are they learning and what are they feeling?

If content has no context is has no purpose. Good content is clear.

Audiovisual dust bunnies - content that looks good, but isn’t useful

The craft of content strategy

Sometimes you may want to make all this content because it looks sick, but is it really needed? this needs to be thought about and it may be frustrating, this is where you need to be weary of business goals. Quality over Quantity.

What is content strategy? - its the planning, creation delivery and management of content

Planning - Outlining what content is needed

Creation - Producing high quality relevant content

Delivery - Putting the content into practice

Management - Managing the workflow and time making the content

Content Audits

Content audits are thorough reviews of all content assets, identifying gaps, redundancies and areas for improvements offering insights to improve user experience
