Brief

We are to pitch a new product idea, or a new version of a existing product. something innovative with an established user market, and you will pitch it to a panel.

it should solve a problem or be useful for a target market

Here is a suggested presentation format:

• You’re laying out a vision of what you want to achieve
• Your Identifying a problem or the Scope of the problem (What your fixing)
• Validation - Backing up, statistics. What you have laid out in the problem and the evidence
• Potential Solution - Show your idea and how it could solve this issue

Another way of looking at that is this format:

• Intro - Who are you
• Hook - What is the opportunity
• Line - How do you seize
• Sinker - Why does this matter
• Ask - Gauge their response, Would they like to hear more or meet again

The Pitch will last 5 Minutes, with 5 Minutes for questions
